If you are looking for a profound experience that will shift the trajectory of your life, I offer a number of retreats in the UK and Europe as well as an invitation-only experience in Peru. My retreats offer lasting transformations in a safe, personalised environment with locations reserved for our private use. Everyone on these trips has worked with me previously to ensure our community is strong and supportive during our time together. As a result, attendees typically form life-long bonds. Numbers are strictly capped to allow for personal attention and to ensure that these are truly life-changing experiences.
Please note that at least two full consultations and / or at least one workshop are required for anyone wishing to attend a retreat. This, more than anything, is to ensure that you are fully prepared for the depth of the work we will undertake.

Peru is my spiritual home, the place where my shamanic lineage resides. My aim with this trip is to enable you to connect with the essential heartbeat of this very special land. Peru is home to 28 of the world’s 32 ecosystems and, during our two weeks, we shall be exploring two of them in depth – the Andes and the Amazon rainforest.
Painstakingly developed over my 20 years of visiting Peru, this itinerary has been put together to ensure you experience the authentic culture, history, people and cuisine of these two ecosystems, together with the Natural world and its medicines. Above all, my intention is to introduce you to the specific indigenous shamanic traditions that have developed in response to these physical environments.

All authentic leaders need an opportunity to unplug from the world and reconnect with their creativity as well as their professional and personal visions. Set against the backdrop of Maison Ila, an exceptionally beautiful healing house, this bespoke week-long retreat sees us meditating in a private church, bathing in quiet lagoons, wild swimming in a private river, and experiencing sound ceremonies in ancient caves. Drawing on the energy of the unspoilt and beautiful land of the Cathars, and surrounded by the snow-capped peaks of the Pyrenees, we fundamentally change how we feel about ourselves and where we want to take our lives. Expect to emerge from our week together with a clear understanding of your potential and a roadmap that will help you realise the contribution you wish to make. This retreat is limited to just five clients.

Create lasting shifts quickly and efficiently
If you’re short on time and need quick, tangible shifts, this weekend reboot is ideal. Set in 190 acres of private parkland, this stunningly renovated house has been in the same family since it was originally built in the 1700s. The premises are reserved for my group with meals prepared by our private chef, using local, seasonal, colourful ingredients, chosen specifically to complement the theme of each weekend. Our work together includes outside walking meditations to immerse you in Nature, visualisations and sound ceremonies, along with an evening ceremony on the Saturday. To ensure you receive personalised attention, there is a ten person limit on this weekend.

The setting for our retreat is Chimney Rock, one of the most beautiful centres I have visited. Nestled in Alberta’s Porcupine Hills, the centre is overlooked by a native American-Indian sacred site, a place to which pilgrims have journeyed for thousands of years. My signature retreat programme is combined with outdoors work, drawing on the stunning landscape around Chimney Rock. We work with the elements: utilising fire to release limiting beliefs and outdated stories; working at a pristine waterfall to enable us to rediscover emotional equilibrium and poise; and visiting ancient woodland to harness the grounded tranquillity of trees and the earth. If you’re looking to boost your health and joie de vivre, and to release stress, overwhelm, fatigue, and unhappiness, then this is the retreat for you.
