Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions are set out in order to remain fair to all of Anna Hunt’s clients. By booking an appointment or a place at one of Anna’s events, you are agreeing to the following: 

Workshops and Retreats:

Payment

If you are booking more than 6 weeks ahead of the workshop, ceremony or retreat, we will require a 50% deposit to secure your place, with the balance payable one calendar month before the event. 

Bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to the relevant workshop, ceremony or retreat, will require full payment in order to secure your place. 

The deadline for payment will be clearly stated in your confirmation email. Missing the relevant deadline may result in your losing your place. 

Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable. 

Payments are transferable to another service if at least 3 weeks’ notice is given and someone can be found to fill your place. Payments will be held for 6 months from the date of the cancelled event and can be transferred to another workshop, retreat, or consult of equal or greater value within this time period only. After 6 months the payment is forfeit. Transfer of payment is subject to availability.

Payments are non-transferable for cancellations less than 2 weeks in advance and where another person cannot be found to take your place.

Lateness

All events begin promptly at the time given. In order to be fair to other attendees, entry will not be permitted if you are: 

  • 15 minutes late to a Shamanic Booster or Quantum Collapsing

Immersion.

  • 30 minutes late to all other 1-2 day workshops and ceremonies.

Consults:

Payment

Your payment is due 48 hours before your appointment. Please take into account any additional time required for international transactions so that all payments are received within this 48 hour deadline. 

Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable. 

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior to an appointment will still need to be paid for. 

Payments already made are transferable to another service if at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Payments will be held for 6 months from the date of the cancelled consult and can be transferred to another workshop, retreat, or consult of equal or greater value within this time period only. After 6 months the payment is forfeit. Transfer of payment is subject to availability.

Lateness

It is essential that consults begin at the allocated time in order for you to get the most out of your session. For this reason, your session will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late. In such circumstances, your payment will be non-transferrable and non-refundable.

Placing an order

By visiting our website and/or placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

The total purchase price and delivery charges will be displayed in the shopping cart prior to confirming the order. Paypal charges a 5% transaction fee which we pass on at cost.

Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation email that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted.

A contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. Your credit/debit card/PayPal account will be charged when your order is placed and processed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of any product.

A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate. Please see our delivery times and charges.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated dates only and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

 

Conformity of goods

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

 

Stock availability

We endeavour to display through this website all items we have available. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted.

 

Your right to cancel

You have a right to cancel your order in writing within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges. You will then need to return the item(s) by post at your own cost.

Shipping Policy

Our standard delivery charge for Palo Santa, Florida Water, and Seguros is £5 . Our standard delivery charges for Crystals & Crystal Trios is £10. Please allow 7 working days for delivery. For international orders please contact us and we will provide a precise cost for shipping.

 

Returns Policy

Please refer to our returns policy. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging intact. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.
