Petroglyphs show that the Andean Shamanic Traditions are more than 20,000 years old, making them one of the oldest systems of medicine and healing in the world.  For a shaman, health results from physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Far from being separate, these are all important aspects of the self and when in alignment, health, vitality and happiness result. This – to a shaman – is enlightenment.

Rather than being an unrealistic spiritual ideal that requires us to withdraw from life to meditate on a mountain for 20 years, enlightenment is a state of health that comes from being fully immersed in the river of life, with the tools to manage its joys and inevitable challenges.

It is not about transcending this reality but learning to experience and understand it more fully. By boosting these four pillars of health, shamanism enables us to live authentic lives that fully express our potential, and positively impact the people in our networks, and the world around us.

Shamanic Healing

‘I met Anna when she gave a talk at Greenpeace, and I have now done two four-day retreats with her. Each has left me feeling like I have completed seven years of cognitive therapy. The progress I have made still amazes me and I feel light, strong and free’

Inge Wallage, International Communications Director, Greenpeace

The Four Pillars of Health

I boost the four pillars of health by cleansing your energy - the very building block of life - and rebooting it through beautiful and powerful sound ceremonies that take you on a journey through the wonders of the natural world, crystals, visualisations and plant wisdom. When a sound wave hits a light wave both are transformed; my sound ceremonies facilitate deep and lasting mental and emotional health. This relieves the personal or professional issue that caused you to approach me in the first place, leaving you grounded, stable and strong. And it transforms your life, opening up your potential and igniting your joy. Furthermore, it does these things very, very quickly.
