The benefits of meditation and mindfulness are well documented, and the reduced heart rate and lower blood pressure that result are powerful combatants of stress and mental overwhelm. However many people struggle with meditation, especially when under a lot of pressure, as they find their mind wanders excessively and their frustration kicks in. That’s where my visualisations come in! With all the health benefits of mindfulness, my visualisations have the added advantage of being fun, creative and easy. 

Rather than trying to still the mind as with meditation, my visualisations offer a way of diverting the mind by calling up images from our subconscious intuition, and then using these images to answer questions, gain insights, problem solve and empower ourselves. 62% of leaders* rely on gut instinct to make decisions, and these visualisations are a powerful way to access this instinctive, wise part of ourselves. I have designed more than a hundred visualisations, which I tailor specifically for each client and workshop to ensure this technique is targeted and fulfilling.  I have worked with thousands of people using visualisation, and I promise you that anyone can visualise - even if you have found meditation hard in the past.
