The self-sustaining communities of the High Andes share work, play, prayer and projects. This concept is known as Ayni, a Quechuan term that can be translated as “today for you, some point in the future for me”. It’s a philosophical concept that is predicated on balance, solidarity and our connection to Nature. In the West, we would call it reciprocity - the practice of exchanging things with others for mutual benefit.

Unfortunately, our culture’s emphasis on the power of the individual means that the value of community, let alone reciprocity, is often overlooked. This imbalance can have serious repercussions in the workplace where hierarchies become cemented and difficult to change, and people can feel undervalued and therefore underperform and take time off owing to illness.

Corporate (AYNI)

Through workshops lasting between 1.5 days and 2 days, my work with corporate teams focuses on teaching fool-proof ways to manage stress and optimising performance by looking at each person’s role within the context of the team, and recognising the importance of that role to the whole. Combining my signature techniques of Quantum Collapsing and Visualisation, team members learn how to manage mental overload and emotional overwhelm in fast-paced professional environments, boost their confidence and get clear about their goals and purpose – both individually and within the team. This builds cohesion with a team, and enhances performance.

My corporate work is tailored to the company and teams with whom I’m working.

Work with Teams

‘I would recommend Anna without hesitation to anybody who works in the corporate world, and is expected to deliver under constantly high pressure. Anna helps me stay connected to myself and what I want to achieve so that I can keep inspiring my teams – and, in particular, understanding what they need in order to perform at their best. Many coaches promise this; Anna delivers it.
