What will we be doing?

Every day I gets enquiries from clients who can’t get to the UK to work with me in person, but who have benefited from my free visualisation and are very keen to take the next step.

Finally, it’s here!

In these two 60-minute Shamanic Take-Outs, I’m leading you through a new guided visualisation to get you relaxed and connected. I’m combining this with a live sound ceremony to get your emotionally and mentally balanced. All in the space of your lunch-hour or early evening, when you get back from work. You’ll finish our hour together feeling calm, replenished and well.

Who is this for?

• If you’ve done the free visualisation on my site and you’re ready to experience the next step, this is for you.
• If you’d like some time out to de-stress, connect with yourself, and mentally / emotionally detox to feel calm and well, this will work.
• If you live abroad and don’t have time to travel to work with me in person at one of my workshops or international retreats, this is specifically for you.
• It’s live, and it’s all completely FREE.
